Management or Accounting
The objective and purpose of the Bachelor of Science Degree program in Accounting and Management is to provide a specialized business curriculum and general education studies that are enhanced by an academic emphasis on analysis, understanding and cognitive development. The program is designed to prepare students for career opportunities in business, government and society. Emphasis is placed on conceptual knowledge and understanding.

The Bachelor of Science Degree consists of an academic major in Accounting or Management.

Beginning in 2001, the Nevada State Board of Accountancy will require additional course credits in order to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination. The 180 total credit requirements for the B.S. degree will not change; however, approximately forty (40) additional quarter credits will be necessary to sit for the CPA examination. The MBA program offered by Morrison University satisfies this requirement.

Master of Business Administration

Managing change in the face of corporate restructuring and increasing competition is the challenge facing business all over the globe. Companies need resourceful, decisive managers who can critically assess situations, research solutions, demonstrate leadership, and maintain the needed flexibility to function in today’s complex business climate. The Morrison MBA program with its well-rounded, integrated curriculum and its international, ethical, and strategic perspectives offers enterprising students the tools to successfully meet marketplace challenges.

Morrison MBA candidates have the opportunity to develop the skills and acquire the experience necessary to perform in complex environments, develop coherent strategies to respond to challenges and opportunities, lead others in adapting to new technologies, integrate functional expertise throughout their organizations, and motivate others to effectively pursue organizational goals. The MBA has the following objectives:
