The success of Rochester Business Institute is directly related to the success of our students. This includes success in the classroom, success acquiring a job after graduation, and succeeding in their career of choice. RBI believes that students need additional assistance, outside the classroom, to make their education at our Institute a positive and successful experience.

We offer financial aid to ease the burden of pay for the student's education. Individual tutoring and mentoring is offered as well as a full library with Internet access. To help with the transition from the classroom to the work force, students have internship available to them.

As a tool to quickly obtain a job after graduation, RBI assist in the job placement of students. What makes us different form many schools is the small class size and dedication of our instructors. We are able to assist each student with any problem and support them as needed.

In the past decade, there has been a shift toward greater specialization in the workplace, and as a result, blue collar jobs are growing more and more scarce. According to the Department of Labor, the percentage of unskilled jobs in the labor market has dropped to 15% while the percentage of skilled jobs has increased to 65%. That’s 92.3 million jobs. Rochester Business Institute (RBI) focuses on training students for specific careers and placing them in jobs after graduation. Within 90 days of graduation, the vast majority of graduates are placed in jobs for which they have been trained. Our Institute has working relationships with local employers.
