Santa Barbara is one of the country's most beautiful cities. It
is ideally located on the slopes of the Santa Ynez mountains and
faces south toward the Pacific Ocean along one of the calmest stretches
of California coastline.
A chain of islands, 10 to 30 miles offshore, shelters the south
coast area against inland winter frosts. The ease of beach life
prevails in this community. An abundance of artistic and cultural
activities combined with a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere make
Santa Barbara one of the most desirable places to live in the world.

In July of 1980, Santa Barbara Business College opened a second
campus in Santa Maria in order to better serve northern Santa Barbara
County and San Luis Obispo County residents.
Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, Santa Maria
is a growing community with diverse job opportunities. This rural
area offers many places to explore; close by is the Santa Ynez Valley
with its many well-known wineries; a short drive will take you to
the Danish community of Solvang or to the beautiful flower fields
of Lompoc. Also nearby is San Simeon, the home of Hearst Castle;
fifteen minutes away are the sandy beaches of Pismo Beach, the clam
capitol of the world.
Bakersfield
211 South Real Road
Bakersfield, CA 93309

In July of 1982, Santa Barbara Business College opened its third
campus in Bakersfield, located in the heart of the southern San
Joaquin Valley. Situated between the Coast Range Mountains to the
west and the snow-capped Sierra Nevadas to the east, Kern County
enjoys a solid economic foundation.
Its cotton production is one of the largest in the world, a prosperous
petroleum industry thrives on abundant deposits, and the valley
floor serves as a produce garden for the state and nation. The location
is particularly conducive to grape production, making Kern County
one of the largest grape-growing regions in the world.
Ventura
4839 Market Street
Ventura, CA 93003

In April of 2003, Santa Barbara Business College opened its fourth
campus in Ventura, located an hour north of Los Angeles. The city
was founded in 1782 and was largely overlooked until it became home
to one of the 21 religious missions that were being built across
the California coast at the time. Ventura's name was shortened from
Buenaventura as the town grew into a cultural center for nearby
farming and oil interests. Many of the historic buildings in Ventura
provide insight into an earlier time. The city embraces the old-world
charm that often disappears from beach communities eager to tear
down the old for the sake of the new. It's a city filled with history
and beauty.
