Expenses
Application fee: $40. Tuition: $4410 per quarter (culinary arts,
restaurant management); $3400 per quarter (pastry arts); $3650 per
quarter (professional catering). Program-related fees include $1800
for books, kits and supplies (culinary arts/restaurant management);
$1000 for books, kits and supplies (pastry arts); $1000 for books,
kits and supplies (professional catering).
Financial Aid
Employment placement assistance is available. Employment opportunities

Housing
Average off-campus housing cost per month: $350.
Application Information
Students may begin participation in January, July, and October.
Applications are accepted continuously. In 2001, 197 applied; 190
were accepted. Applicants must interview; submit a formal application
and transcript.
